Gaming platform the Red Village has announced that its Rank Up Championship (RUC) will take place from August to September, for a total of four weeks. The RUC is meant to encourage Battlemasters to fight with their lower-ranked Champions while pushing their best Champions to the top.

Each week, the Championship will focus on a different Class, and for each Tournament, Battlemasters can only use one Champion.

How Battlemasters can become Eligible Champions

Each week in the Championship, the focus will be on a different class: Outlaw, Heroic, Legendary, and Immortal. The game will move forward in this order.

For Battlemasters to take part, they must use their eligible Champion(s) during these weeks. These Champions can play in either free or paid Classic, On-Demand, or Double-Up Tournaments. There are no 1v1 (To-The-Death) tournaments in the Championship.

Battlemasters can use their Champions to enter as many Tournaments as they want. But each Battlemaster can only bring one Champion to each Tournament. At the start of the qualifying period, a picture of all of the Eligible Champions will be taken. So, it’s okay for Champions to move up or down in Class, and they’ll still be counted as part of the class they were in when the snapshot was taken.

What are the dates of Events, Rewards, and Bonuses?

The RUC already started from 9 p.m. ET on August 6 pm and will continue till 7:15 p.m. ET on September 2. Every week, the qualifying times will run from 9 p.m. ET on Saturday to 9 p.m. ET on Wednesday. Every week, from 7 to 9 p.m. ET on Thursday, the Semi-Finals will start. In this round, the 64 best players will be split into eight tournaments with eight players each. Each round’s winner will move on to the finals. The Grand Final will start every Friday at 7 pm ET and go until 7:15 pm ET.

The players get points based on where they place in each Tournament. To get to the Semis, they have to play in at least 10 Tournaments. The prize pool will change, but the amount each winner will get will stay the same. There is also an extra payment for Battlemasters who meet certain requirements.
