Final Thoughts

The popularity of cryptocurrency and NFTs in the world of sports is growing rapidly.

It is quite intriguing that the famous football club, PSG, has ventured into the world of NFTs.

In June, the football club announced that they will be collaborating with the pop singer– Jay Chau– to create an NFT collection to celebrate its 10th league victory.

Although PSG is the first football club to sell NFT tickets, other famous clubs such as Barcelona, Manchester United, and Manchester City are also getting involved in the web3 space.

Some of these clubs are already making plans to launch their NFT collections and cryptocurrency.

Also, the involvement of sports in the web3 space is a way through which cryptocurrency organizations can reach a whole new set of individuals.
