NFT CV: job seekers to earn royalties from their CVs

NFT have indeed been revolutionary since it burst into the crypto space last year. It has created lots of opportunities and made a lot of crypto millionaires. It’s use case now extends to even job seekers! who can now turn their CV to NFTs and make money off it. Providing Job seekers Royalties from their NFT CV is a new platform from the UK that is applying blockchain technology to job seeking. The platform makes it possible for job seekers to earn royalties by linking their CV to a smart contract as NFT.

The question is – How is this possible? CVs which are digital materials are unique, valuable and non-fungible materials. Thus they can be minted as NFT via blockchain technology. The platform provides a way of applying for jobs via blockchain technology, such that job seekers earn when potential employers obtain data from them.

Sean Nugent, CEO of’s parent firm, Blockchain Britain LTD said.

“This is just one of many ways that blockchain technology will change the way we do business and make life easier for people,”

He also added that: “Turning your CV into an NFT allows the creator of a CV to earn royalties much like an artist or musician would do. It’s also a great new way for recruiters to attract the staff they need.”

Based on the platform’s current architecture, job seekers earn in GBP by minting their CVs as NFTs. However, going forward the platform plans to launch a stablecoin to pay the royalties.

Minting your CVs into NFTs is another example of how NFTs and the broader blockchain technology is improving lives. Despite the novelty of the idea behind the platform, it is important that it gains acceptance among recruiters. Alice Clarke, a recruitment consultant at Locum Personnel, believes that recruiters will be open to the idea.

Speaking about it she said: “Attracting staff has become really difficult most recently. So we are really happy to advertise our positions on, as we know that we will get a really good response from there”.
