The question is – How is this possible? CVs which are digital materials are unique, valuable and non-fungible materials. Thus they can be minted as NFT via blockchain technology. The platform provides a way of applying for jobs via blockchain technology, such that job seekers earn when potential employers obtain data from them.

Based on the platform’s current architecture, job seekers earn in GBP by minting their CVs as NFTs. However, going forward the platform plans to launch a stablecoin to pay the royalties.
Minting your CVs into NFTs is another example of how NFTs and the broader blockchain technology is improving lives. Despite the novelty of the idea behind the platform, it is important that it gains acceptance among recruiters. Alice Clarke, a recruitment consultant at Locum Personnel, believes that recruiters will be open to the idea.
